Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

How to Qualify for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as when you received it

Be unworn, unused, with original tags attached

Be in its original packaging

Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To start a return, please email eskh1128@icloud.com. We will guide you through the return process, including the return address.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and packaging instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Custom-made or personalized items

Personal care and hygiene products (beauty and skincare items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The return conditions are the same: the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take extra time to complete the refund. If you have not received your refund after 16 business days, please contact eskh1128@icloud.com.
